Terms of use
Last updated 9 October 2026
JARIS AI ("JARIS") is provided by JARIS Labs, United Kingdom, to JARIS Test Client under its agreement with JARIS Labs. These terms apply to everyone who signs in. If your organisation's agreement with JARIS Labs says something different, the agreement applies.
Who may use JARIS
Only people your organisation has approved may sign in. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell your administrator or support@jarislabs.co.uk straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
- Use JARIS only for your organisation's security work.
- Don't try to reach data or systems you aren't authorised for, test or attack JARIS itself, or get around its sign-in or permissions. To report a security issue, write to support@jarislabs.co.uk.
- Don't put JARIS Agent installers or enrollment keys anywhere they could be used outside your organisation.
Security findings and AI answers
JARIS helps you find and prioritise security issues. It isn't a guarantee that your systems are secure or that every issue has been found. Answers from JARIS Chat are produced by AI and can be wrong, so check them before acting, especially before changing systems or blocking accounts. Compliance evidence supports an assessment; it isn't a certification.
Your data
Your organisation's data stays your organisation's. JARIS Labs uses it only to provide JARIS to your organisation, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep JARIS available and up to date, and improve it regularly. We may change or pause parts of it, for example for maintenance or security, and will update these terms when needed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
